As an office brokerage specialist, Brian specializes in representing tenants and landlords with office and high-tech facilities located on the Greater Eastside of the Puget Sound region. Brian has been an invaluable asset to Puget Sound area landlords and tenants for the past 13 years. Brian joined the commercial brokerage staff of Cushman & Wakefield, Commerce Real Estate Solutions in 1999, following post college experience as an intern with CB Richard Ellis and as a marketing associate with Pacific Real Estate Partners. Brian was Cushman & Wakefield's Rookie of the Year in 1999.

Over his career Brian has been recognized for his hard work and strong work ethic. He has twice earned the Cushman & Wakefield Service Excellence Award and was nominated for NAIOP Deal of the Year in 2003 for the $30M disposition of Quadrant Corporation's Redmond Ridge and Snoqualmie Ridge Business Parks.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Washington. He is an active member of NAIOP serving three terms as Committee Chair for the Summer Social and as a sub-committee head for the Community Enhancement Committee. Additionally, Brian is working toward his CCIM designation having completed three of the four required courses.
