

Mr. Magee has devoted the past 25 years to commercial real estate in the Seattle, Washington area, specializing in tenant representation and office leasing and sales.
Mr. Magee has been responsible for the successful lease-up of most of the prominent office buildings in the Seattle suburban market. He has significantly contributed to a number of major leases that have been completed in the market including new leases and renewals with Alaska Airlines, King County and The Boeing Company as a member of Boeing's leasing team.
Mr. Magee has repeatedly been a top 10 producer with Cushman & Wakefield and was the #1 producer in the Seattle/Bellevue offices in 2001. He has completed major lease transactions with numerous other local, regional, and national companies. These include, King County, Eagle Hardware & Garden Corporate Headquarters, Raleigh America, Inc. Corporate Headquarters, SeaLand Services, Inc., Honeywell, Inc., Raytheon Corporation, MCI Worldcom, Qwest, Exodus Communications, Alaska and Horizon Airlines, and Key Bank, to name a few. In all, Mr. Magee has leased over 3 million square feet of space and has represented 27 different buildings with approximately 3 million total square feet.
In addition to leasing, Mr. Magee has sold or participated in many Southend office market building sales. He has sold 27 office properties ranging from 10,000 square feet to 135,000 square fee, for a total of more than 1.6 million square feet of space. The overall value of those sales is over $150 million.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Mr. Magee worked for Brayton Company as an office leasing specialist in Anchorage, Alaska. During his two years in Anchorage, he consummated a number of that market's largest office lease transactions.
Mr. Magee is an active member of the Puget Sound business community. He is an active member of NAIOP and co-chairs its Seattle Area Programs Committee. He is a CCIM candidate and a member of Seattle Rotary, serving on its Community Services Committee. He is a frequently invited speaker and panel member at NAIOP and WISCAR's continuing education seminars, as well as being the current “President Elect” for WINSCAR.
Mr. Magee is a graduate of the University of Washington where he received a B.A. in Zoology and rowed for the National Champion University of Washington Crew. He has lived in the Seattle area for over 47 years where he presently lives with his wife and two children.
