Mr. Bullington has been a member of the commercial brokerage staff of Cushman & Wakefield, Commerce Real Estate Solutions of Washington since 1982. He has specialized in representing buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords on industrial, high-tech, and office facilities located on the Greater Eastside and Northend locations. Mr. Bullington is located in Cushman & Wakefield, Commerce's Bellevue office.

Mr. Bullington's career has generated an impressive list of accomplishments that include land sales, built-to-suit leases and sales, investment sales, lease renewals, and special consulting assignments. His client list includes Boeing, Tektronix, Crane-Eldec, London Fog, Lease Crutcher Lewis, Quadrant Corporation, Cypress Semiconductor, Rockwell Collins and Panattoni Development.

Mr. Bullington has been nominated three times by the Society of Industrial and Office Brokers (SIOR) as Washington State Industrial Broker of the Year and awarded The SIOR Broker of the Year in 1994. He is a former board member of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors and a past board member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
