James Bullington began his real estate career in 2000 at Commerce Real Estate Solutions. Anxious to work with local business owners, he learned the business quickly and has been one of the top four producers of the Provo/Orem office every year since 2001 and the number one agent three of the last six years.

James came to the real estate industry well prepared, beginning with his early exposure to the industry through his father’s real estate career. He attended Brigham Young University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Marriott School of Management. He went on to work in pharmaceutical sales and the mortgage industry. He is also a native of Utah County, giving him the home field advantage in the local market.

Earning the trust of his clients is important to James, as well as long-term client relationships. He has exceptional interpersonal skills that allow him to accurately asses the needs of his clients. He is then able to close deals with his negotiation knowledge and expertise. He is also a strategic thinker who encourages sound business decisions.

James currently represents over $64 million in available properties. To date, he has closed over $100 million dollars in transaction values.
