A specialist in the area of office building leasing and sales, Jon understands the office market and his experience allows him to negotiate the complexities of today's real estate transactions. Jon has developed a solid reputation with landlords and tenants and his creative solutions to problems have resulted in long-term relationships. Jon's ability to pinpoint the best possible options for his clients' real estate dollars makes him an invaluable resource in the areas of investment and valuation analysis, and an adept interpreter of office market conditions in general.

His proven success in marketing office buildings has led owners throughout the Greater Salt Lake area to rely on Jon to represent their properties. From developing and implementing marketing strategies, to all phases of the leasing process including space planning, bidding and tenant improvement buildout, Jon is experienced in every aspect of his specialty.

Jon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing from Utah State University, and participates in ongoing education programs through the Salt Lake Chapter of CCIM and the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.
