Jeff Jochums has been working in commercial brokerage for over 12 years. Located in Bellevue, Washington, Jeff specializes in representing tenants in the Greater Eastside Marketplace. Jeff has been instrumental in the leasing of over 4 million square feet, and understands the delicate issues involved in structuring beneficial deals for his clients. Several of Jeff's clients include Expedia (500,000 SF, multiple locations), Citrix Systems (60,000 SF), FM Global Insurance Company (30,000 SF), Procter & Gamble (12,000 SF), General Electric (100,000 SF), Windemere Real Estate (50,000 SF), T-Mobile (60,000 SF), and University of Washington (20,000 SF). In the past, Jeff has also represented several CBD properties including Skyline Tower and Bellevue Corporate Plaza. Giving Jeff insight into the mind set of property owners and how landlords underwrite various deals.

Jeff started his real estate career with Colliers International in 1995. His attention to detail and level of follow through helped name him Rookie of the Year in 1997, as well as a “Top 10 Producer” for Colliers from 2000-2005. CoStar also recognized Jeff as one of the Top 20 brokers within the Puget Sound region in 2004, 2005, and 2007. Jeff joined Cushman & Wakefield, Commerce Real Estate Solutions as a Senior Director in March 2006. His expertise in analysis and negotiation on behalf of clients make him a valuable resource in attaining the best real estate package. Jeff works toward building long term relationships with all of his clients, always focusing on their needs with the highest level of ethical standards.

Jeff is a 1993 graduate of the University of Washington, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science. He has completed the University of Washington's Certificate of Commercial Real Estate, and actively maintains involvement in the University of Washington Alumni Association. Jeff is a volunteer with the United Way and he coaches basketball at the Bellevue Boys & Girls Club.
