Mr. Durrell has been a member of the commercial brokerage industry since 1992. Located in Bellevue, Washington, Mr. Durrell has specialized in representing tenants in the Greater Eastside Marketplace with emphasis on office and high technology leasing and sales. Mr. Durrell's select list of clients include Expedia (500,000 SF, multiple deals), Boeing (230,000 SF, multiple deals), Wells Fargo (185,000 SF, multiple deals), City of Bellevue (155,000 SF), General Electric (100,000 SF), Captaris (60,000 SF), T-Mobile (60,000 SF), North American Energy Services (35,000 SF), Harley Davidson (36,000 SF), Progressive Insurance (35,000 SF), Wild Tangent (30,000 SF), Berntson Porter & Company, CPA (25,000 SF), Hall Conway Jackson (25,000 SF), Windemere Real Estate (20,000 SF), Crump Insurance (15,000 SF), Gene Juarez Corporate Offices (20,000 SF), The Transpo Group (15,000 SF), and Ignition Partners (15,000 SF).

Mr. Durrell started his real estate career with Pacific Real Estate Partners in 1993. He became a principal in 1997, and has been recognized as one of the premier office leasing brokers around the Eastside. Mr. Durrell has been recognized as 2003 SIOR Seattle finalist for broker of the year. In 2004, he was recognized by CoStar as the Top 20 office broker within the Puget Sound region. He was a Top 5 producer at Pacific Real Estate since the formation of the organization. After joining Cushman & Wakefield, Commerce Real Estate Solutions in May 2006, Mr. Durrell has been recognized as the Top 5 in 2006 and 2007. In 2007, Mr. Durrell was also recognized as a top producer for Cushman & Wakefield along the West Coast, as well as recently being awarded the 2007 achievement award for customer service.

Mr. Durrell is a 1989 graduate of Washington State University with a B.A. in communications. Mr. Durrell is active in local and civic organizations such as NAIOP, WSCAR, Washington Policy Center, Boys & Girls Club, YMCA, and Food Lifeline and Family Services. He is an active member of Sacred Heart Church and a former board member at Eastside Catholic High School and a member of Snoqualmie Ridge golf course.
