

Kim Grant joined Cushman & Wakefield, Commerce Real Estate Solutions in July 2006 following two and a half years at GVA Kidder Mathews. She Specialized in the purchase an sale of multi-family investments properties to institutions, private capital group, fund advisor, and individuals.
Kim was introduced to multi-family management in 1994 with the Allied Group. She helped stabilize a downtown Bellevue building and later went on to assist in marketing to other troubled properties within the Allied portfolio.
She was then recruited by one of the largest REITs in the nation, AvalonBay Communities in 1997, to renovate a $10 million property in Redmond, Washington and to stabilize a sister property within the same market.
BRE Properties, a west coast REIT, then recruited her in 1999 to start a lease up in downtown Bellevue. At the time this was BRE's most valuable asset worth $48 million.
Pinnacle Realty Management then recruited her in 2002 to assist with managing a 2,400 unit portfolio worth over $200 million. These properties were located in the Bremerton, Edmonds, Kirkland, Seattle, Issaquah, Bellevue and Federal Way markets.
In 2003, GVA Kidder Mathews then recruited her to join the multi-family investments group. The transition from property management to a brokerage firm as had many perks. Kim has been able to establish relationships with owners and developers of whom she had worked with in the past
