Kristina Madayag began her career in real estate since 2003 but joined Cushman and Wakefield–Commerce in 2006. As a member of the Industrial Advisory Services Group at Cushman & Wakefield–Commerce she focuses on representing landlords and tenants in the South Seattle and South King County Industrial Markets as well as representing corporate clients on a national level. Kristina has worked closely with Principal Global Investors, listing over four (4) million square feet of industrial product in South Seattle and Kent, and Amazon.com in the North American Operations group. Other clients have included AMB Property Corporation, Washington Capital, Columbia Pacific, LKQ Corporation, and Jeld-Wen Windows.
