Mike joined Commerce Properties in 1991 and participated in the merger of Commerce and CRG in 1999, spawning a prolific and successful group of investment specialists who lead the market in sales and transaction volume, which culminated as another record year in 2005. As a top producer of this dynamic team, Mike achieved nearly $60 million in transactions in 2005.

With a reputation for performance and integrity, Mike's enthusiastic “hands-on” approach has led him to specialize in mid-range investment opportunities within the apartment and triple-net commercial property sectors.
