Mr. Christian has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate focused on tenant representation in the Seattle Metropolitan region. Mr. Christian specializes in developing and implementing real estate strategies for a diverse client base that ranges from Fortune 500 corporations to emerging growth companies. Mr. Christian's expertise includes lease acquisition and disposition, financial analysis, site selection, infrastructure evaluation as well as regional and global representation. In his career, Mr. Christian has been involved in representing over 500 companies leasing 5 million square feet of space. This list of clients includes over 60 technology companies, 20 law firms, and 20 financial institutions.

Mr. Christian joins Cushman & Wakefield - after a distinguished career at Colliers International where he was a five time recipient of the “International Awards of Excellence” for being one of the top 25 producers in North America. In addition, he was a consistent “top ten” producer in the region. He is a current member of the Cushman Tenant Representation Executive Committee as well as the Global Life Science Practice Group.

Mr. Christian graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication.He is a Board Member of the Rotary Boys & Girls Club, and active in the Technology Alliance, the Seattle Downtown Association, the University of Washington Alumni Association as well as the Washington Athletic Club and Broadmoor Golf Club.
