Company Experience

The discipline, focus, and concentration that enable T. Orden Yost to compete in marathon running are traits that have served him well in the arena of commercial real estate. Channeling his efforts towards problem solving with the client's goals in mind has gained Yost a solid reputation with landlords and tenants alike as a tenacious, direct individual whose work is swift and sure. During his tenure as an office/development/investment specialist at Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Yost has consummated hundreds of transactions in all areas of leasing, sales, and acquisition of office properties.

Yost has also earned the CCIM designation. As a graduate of the CCIM education program, the most challenging in the industry, Yost brings an exceptional level of real-world experience, market knowledge and negotiation skills to each client assignment. This wealth of experience, together with previous skills gained as director of leasing and office manager of Machan Hampshire Properties Ltd., has allowed Yost to hone his professional expertise throughout a broad range of market conditions. Yost is Airborn, Ranger, Special Forces qualified retired officer in the United States Army and is a decorated veteran of the Vietnam War. His educational experience includes studies at Idaho State University and Brigham Young University with a focus on marketing and psychology.

Yost is also extensively involved in community affairs, having served on the Murray City Economic Development Advisory Board. He has also served on the Salt Lake County Recreation District Advisory Board, Murray Recreation Advisory Board, and the Murray City Board of Appeals. He gained in-depth experience in community planning and zoning issues as a member of the Murray City Community Planning Council. He is a lifetime member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club and serves on NAIOP and CCIM committees.

Yost is a running enthusiast and has completed the Salt Lake City Deseret News, St. George, and Los Angeles Marathons.
