After a successful five years with Trammell Crow Company, Todd Meldahl recently joined Cushman & Wakefield, Commerce Real Estate Solutions' industrial advisory services group where he specializes in Landlord and Tenant representation. Todd has developed a great reputation of serving his client's best interest and providing exceptional bottom-line results.

Todd currently assists and advises multiple corporate and institutional ownerships on their distribution and service center industrial space, totaling approximately five million square feet. This list includes Principal Global Investors, AMB Properties, UBS, and Washington Capital. Todd also works with multiple local and corporate users, exceeding their expectations in the Puget Sound region and nationally, including Milgard, Amazon.com, Pape Properties, K/P Corporation, Prep Sportswear, Ozburn-Hessey Logistics and Unified Aircraft Services.

His holistic team approach to institutional and corporate real estate has a proven history of achieving positive solutions.
