Company Experience

Alicia Beauchaine serves as a Mapping/GIS Specialist at Commerce Real Estate Solutions, an independently owned and operated member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance.

As a member of the company's highly respected mapping/GIS (Geographic Information System) team, Alicia designs project specific maps for agents and clients, works closely with graphics in the creation of marketing materials, and acquires data and aerial photography. In addition to her mapping duties, Alicia trains agents and staff on GIS technology and its benefits for their everyday workflow.

Prior to joining Commerce Real Estate Solutions in 2005, Alicia spent a year working in the Cache County Planning Department, where she digitized plat files to current status and created maps for county voting districts. While attaining her college education, Alicia worked in the Utah State University Remote Sensing Services Lab, serving a varied number of monetary clients as well as assisting in doctoral research projects focused in the Dominican Republic.

Alicia graduated from Utah State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Geography with an emphasis in GIS and Remote Sensing. In addition, she continues her devotion to education as an adjunct professor at Salt Lake Community College.

Alicia brings strong interpersonal skills with a solid GIS foundation, which has been invaluable to the company. She is focused on successfully using GIS in commercial real estate to increase profits and maintain Commerce Real Estate Solutions's leading edge in mapping.
