Alison Beddard is a Senior Director with Cushman and Wakefield’s Office & Investment services, offering her clients cutting edge portfolio strategies in office leasing, acquisition and dispositions of assets for institutional occupiers, private investors and non-profit organizations.
Alison began her career with Cushman and Wakefield in 2005, and is a market leader in office and investment services. Using her creativity and excellent negotiation skills, she provides the best solutions for her clients, maintaining long-term asset value, while balancing immediate operational goals. Since 2010, she has closed over $290 Million in transactions, driving deals for landlords, occupiers, buyers, and sellers. Her success landed her Utah Business Magazine’s unique recognition as one of 2016’s “Thirty Women to Watch” and 2013’s “Forty Under 40.” Her inspiring example extends well beyond the office, where she assumes leadership roles in numerous industry advisory groups in Salt Lake City and beyond. She currently serves as 2017 President of CREW Network’s 10,000+ member international organization, whose mission is to influence the success of the commercial real estate industry by advancing the achievements of women. She and the board of directors visit CREW’s 75 markets, meeting with local leaders to offer member support and advancement opportunities.
