Alison Beddard began her career at Commerce Real Estate Solutions when she joined the highly regarded Office Team. She brought her strong work ethic and high energy to the organization, and spent time working with two of the most successful office brokers in the Salt Lake area.

Alison owned and operated a successful property management company and gained experience working with tenants, landlords and property owners. Before her transition to the brokerage side, she obtained valuable knowledge in lease negotiations, contract resolution, how to find and manage investment properties and most importantly what it takes to close transactions. She understands the importance of listening to clients and their needs, takes the time to learn what is important to them, builds trust, and then proceeds in a professional manner, helping her clients reach their objectives.

While working in the property management arena Alison realized she had the natural ability and desire to excel in the real estate industry. She understood the skills she had developed in property management would serve her well in the commercial real estate market. Alison quickly worked her way into the heart of the office segment and her ability to learn and apply knowledge has given her the opportunity to work with such clients as DeVry University, Cirque Marketing, Logan Simpson Design, Essential Healthcare Solutions and Next Level Staffing. Alison knows what it takes to be successful and she gives the effort necessary to assure not only her own success but that of each of her clients.

Alison has a strong belief in education, graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Nutrition and Exercise Science. She understands the importance of continually acquiring knowledge and uses that drive to keep herself on the cutting edge of everything she does. Alison is dedicated to her success and in turn passes that dedication on to assure the success of her clients.
