Annastasia Kaessner joined Cushman & Wakefield Commerce’s leading office brokerage team of Alison Beddard and Peter Hanlon in 2016. Her attention to detail, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and approachable personality are valuable additions to her team, and to the Salt Lake City office.
Since joining Cushman & Wakefield Commerce, Annastasia has closed 147,000 RSF of sales. Additionally, she has leased over 420,000 RSF working with tenants and landlords. Annastasia is heavily involved in CREW Utah and was part of the Nomination Committee for the selection of the Utah Board of Directors 2018.
Annastasia uses her creativity and strong negotiation skills to provide best in class representation for her clients. She takes pride in ethics and ingenuity, striving to go beyond expectations.
Annastasia brings unique experience and skills to the Salt Lake City office team. She is active in many community groups and functions, maintaining broad connections and experience around Salt Lake City. Annastasia has been an integral part of running the Salt Lake City Arts Council’s Living Traditions Annual Festival, the widely-loved Twilight Concert Series, and the Utah Arts Festival. Over the last five years Annastasia had worked with the Sundance Film Festival, collaborating with patrons from all over the world to create a coveted environment and experience for one of the world’s premier independent film events.
