Professional Expertise

Andrew Sorensen is a Director for Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, specializing in office and investment properties. Andrew possesses elevated expertise in asset acquisition and disposition, tenant and landlord representation, site selection and market analysis consulting. More importantly, he is committed to delivering the highest levels of service, integrity and professionalism to each client in every transaction. Delivering service with integrity and building long-term relationships outweighs the close of any given deal.

Since beginning his career in commercial real estate in 2007, Andrew has provided advisory services to hundreds of clients. Andrew brings a multi-faceted perspective and experience, having worked from 2008-2013 for a national development company with retail, hospitality and office holdings throughout the Intermountain West and Coastal US. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, Andrew spent five years as a consultative healthcare sales representative for Pfizer. His medical sales background gives him valuable insight to the business needs of medical practices and practitioners.

Andrew created and maintains a comprehensive property database, publishes semi-annual market reports, and presents numbers and perspective on the office market annually at the Washington County Economic Summit.
