Professional Expertise

BreAnn Gurr is a Commercial Lease Administrator with Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, where she manages property set-ups, activity for new leases, renewals, move-outs, and prepares monthly reports on total units and types of properties managed. She supports Property Managers of all property types. BreAnn has developed applications and tools that assist Property Managers and others to interact with data that provides better ways to communicate and work with the owners/tenants and properties.

With over thirty years in the industry, BreAnn has gained extensive experience in brokerage, appraisal, title, and escrow in both the commercial and residential markets. BreAnn is very experienced in dealing with the technicalities and details of different contract types. She is very efficient and effective in her work and currently manages 1,043 active leases on a total of 1,546 units. Her goal is to ensure that all property owners are represented with the most accurate property and lease management possible. BreAnn also has an extensive background in data management and data analysis with over twenty years’ experience in data services. She developed applications and tools for use within our organization that streamline processes and improve employee efficiency and accuracy.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, BreAnn owned and operated Data Flow Corp. She also spent sixteen years with First American Title, and a few years building her real estate experience with Barlow Realty and Bonneville Title Company. BreAnn is a licensed real estate agent and licensed notary public. She has held a certified appraisal and title and escrow licenses in the past, however current laws prevent her from keeping both escrow and real estate licenses active simultaneously.
