Professional Expertise

Brie Jensen is a senior director in Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce’s Seattle office. Her practice covers the full range of commercial real estate and business transactions, with a focus on leasing, development, acquisition, and disposition of commercial properties. She represents owners, landlords, tenants, developers, and business owners in a wide variety of real property transactions, including the development and sale of regional shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial properties. Work for her current clients includes drafting and negotiating complex office, industrial, and retail leases; purchase and sale documents; and development agreements, easements, and licenses.

Brie brings experience as a commercial real estate broker and as a practicing attorney to Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce. Her training and practice as an attorney in the greater Seattle area give her unique understanding and insight into the legal requirements of commercial real estate transactions, making her uniquely valuable to her clients and colleagues. She is an expert negotiator, ensuring that lease agreements satisfy the goals of both tenants and landlords. Her expertise spans a broad range of real estate services and geographies, beyond lease and sales transactions, and beyond the Seattle market. She is an expert in build-to-suit developments, property titles, zoning requirements, environmental reports, and the acquisition and disposition of properties in markets across the country.

Prior to practicing law, Brie was a commercial real estate broker, representing landlords and tenants in the Seattle and eastside markets. Brie lives in Kirkland, Washington with her husband and three children.
