Professional Expertise

Ms. Kemer joined Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce in 2015 as the Branch Operations Coordinator. She keeps ahead of and addresses administrative and business issues by managing office staff and coordinating time, tasks, training, administrative orientation and development, and workloads between brokerage teams and their support staff. She also provides administrative support to brokerage team members as needed.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, Ms. Kemer worked at Voit Real Estate Services and CBRE for four years, as the Executive Marketing Specialist to the Higgins & Toft Industrial Team. Her primary responsibility was to see transactions through, from listing to closing, including all administrative services, managing transactions in escrow, creating all marketing materials and services, and maintaining current property databases.
