Camron Carpenter is an industrial and investment specialist with Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce’s Salt Lake City office. He focuses on industrial, R&D, investment properties, and REO Portfolio management and disposition.

Camron’s insight and experience provides property owners with immediate value added solutions, including assisting many clients with lighting retro-fits and other sustainable energy management practices, providing many benefits beyond reductions in energy costs. Camron is known for his meticulous attention to detail, keen research, and informing his clients thoroughly during every step of the transaction process.

Integrity, hard work, and dedication to his clients’ interests have formed solid and long-lasting relationships with his broad range of clientele. No client’s needs are too small or too difficult for him to handle. He loves stepping up to challenges and fulfilling the specific needs of each client’s goals. He is adept at assembling market information and data crucial to comprehensive investment analysis, with the ability to interpret that information to ensure his clients realize their real estate and financial goals and that each transaction nets the maximum benefit for his clients. Camron creates solutions for each client’s unique property sale and lease term needs, maximizing results in the ever changing environments of specified markets.

Before starting his career in commercial real estate, Camron worked as a professional photographer, film maker, and sales executive, with over eighteen years of successful outside sales experience in a diverse range of specialized fields. Traveling the world with his camera is a favorite way to spend his time, as well as skiing, mountain biking, climbing, surfing, snowboarding, and voraciously reading books and watching good films.
