Craig Kaminski joins Commerce Real Estate Solutions as one of the area's top producing industrial brokers. Craig specializes in the leasing and disposition of industrial and flex-space properties in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area. His industrial/flex team, which includes Randy Atkin and Mindy Ackerman, is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable teams in the industry.

Over the past 10 years, Craig has been responsible for the leasing and selling of major properties in and around Salt Lake City. These transactions include: the leasing of Souvall Properties, a 500,000 square foot industrial/distribution project; leasing and selling of the Metro Business Park, a multi-tenant flex project; and leasing of the Opus Business Center. Craig has also offered tenant representation for Specialized Bicycle Components, Big "O" Tires, ADP, Boon-Edam, and Clark-American Checks.

Knowledge, experience and professionalism are a few of the characteristics that make Craig a standout in the commercial real estate industry. His expertise in the market, combined with his unmatched service in all types of industrial and flex transaction, have provided him the opportunity to work with such national clients as UPS, Microsoft, Ford Motor Company, Advantage Rent-A-Car, and AT&T Cablevision. Craig knows what it takes to complete transactions and brings his dedication and commitment to every deal.

Prior to joining Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Craig was a Vice President with CB Richard Ellis specializing in commercial real estate leasing and disposition. From 1995 to 2001 Craig was a partner in GVA Business Properties, a commercial real estate leasing and sales firm, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Before moving to Salt Lake, Craig represented high technology clients with BT Commercial Real Estate in Palo Alto, California. Craig graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah. He is a member of RE-PEG (Governor's task force for corporate recruitment to Utah), and a member of the University of Utah Crimson Club.
