Company Experience

Curtis Olson serves as Vice President of Operations for the Asset Services Division of Commerce Real Estate Solutions, a Cushman and Wakefield Alliance member. He specializes in the management of retail and industrial commercial properties throughout the Intermountain West. As Vice President of Operations, Curtis is responsible for the direct supervision of several property managers and their portfolios, and oversees the activities of several commercial properties across the Wasatch Front.

Curtis has extensive experience managing properties in both the commercial and residential sectors. Prior to joining Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Curtis was a Property Manager for a large local property management company, where he leased and managed several commercial and residential properties. While in this position he was also responsible for coordinating all activities for these accounts including accounting, maintenance, and budgeting of over 1,000 condominium units.

Beginning his career in property management in 1994, Curtis worked as a maintenance technician for a local property management company. After a short time in this position he recognized he had an aptitude for the property management industry and quickly worked his way up to become a property manager. His desire to succeed and his dedication to the profession gave him the opportunity to grow and expand within the organization. Curtis now uses the knowledge and experience he has gained over the years to providing unmatched service to his current clients and associates.

Curtis earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Utah. He holds a Utah real estate license and is a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. He is a member of IREM, and has earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. Curtis has proven abilities in property management and brings his strong work ethic, dedication, professionalism, and leadership to every project in which he is involved.
