Cathie Woods is the Senior Portfolio Manager for the Asset Services Division of Commerce Real Estate Solutions. With over 20 years of experience in the property management industry Cathie is considered one of the top Portfolio Managers in the area.

If success is measured by knowledge, experience and dedication to then Cathie is at the top of her field. Her background in real estate management and construction, in all types of asset management, have provided her the opportunity to work with clients in every segment of the industry. She has managed properties from high-rise office buildings to large industrial warehouse developments and everything in between. Cathie has managed millions of square feet of commercial space during her career.

As a real estate and portfolio manager, Cathie is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, from forecasting potential property income, to administering lease agreements. She has managed expense and operating budgets in excess of $3 million, reconciled year-end expense reports, negotiated service contracts, managed construction of tenant improvements, and is constantly involved in day-to-day management operations including landlord/tenant relations.

Cathie's communication skills combined with her dedication, work ethic, and experience make her a true leader in the asset services industry. Prior to joining Commerce Real Estate Solutions Cathie spent time as a property manager for CB Richard Ellis and Jones Lang LaSalle.
