Company Experience

Dana Baird brings a truly unique set of institutional commercial real estate brokerage and asset management experience to the Commerce Real Estate Solutions office division. Dana has been active in the commercial real estate community for the past 15 years. Her experience base includes 10 years of corporate asset services for some of the largest institutional stakeholders in the greater Salt Lake City market.

Dana’s leadership experience in the asset services industry includes previously serving as Vice President of Commerce Asset Services Group as well as Jones Lang LaSalle. Dana recognizes the need for a suite of services to assist clients in the complex process of gathering, refining and analyzing information when purchasing and leasing office buildings. To this day, she utilizes this unique process skill set in representing property owners and tenants in negotiating deals to ensure all of her clients’ objectives are achieved.

Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah. She is a licensed broker and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations. She currently serves on the local NAIOP Board of Directors. Dana is a member of the Utah Chapter of CCIM as well as a member of CREW Utah. She takes an active role in the greater downtown business community by serving on the Salt Lake City Chamber of Commerce Cultural Arts District Committee.
