Dana Baird brings a wealth of experience, dedication, hard work and integrity to the highly regarded office team of Commerce Real Estate Solutions. She joined the team as a leasing and investment specialist after establishing herself as a leader in the commercial asset services industry for more than a decade. Her background and accomplishments in these complementary industries make her a top professional in commercial real estate.

After serving as the Vice President of the Asset Services Group of Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Dana joined the office division as a leasing and investment specialist. Her innovative approach and ability to think outside of the traditional management style helped turn the Commerce Real Estate Solutions Asset Services division into one of the most respected groups in the industry. While in the position of Vice President, Dana recognized the need for a suite of services to assist clients in the complex process of gathering, refining and analyzing information when purchasing and leasing office buildings. She now utilizes this unique process skill set in representing property owners and tenants in negotiating deals. Prior to joining Commerce Real Estate Solutions Dana was Vice President of Asset Services for Jones Long LaSalle, successfully managing over 1 million square feet of Class A office space in Salt Lake City for institutional clients.

Dana's experience in all types of real estate transactions, combined with her established reputation and experience in property management define her as a leader in the commercial real estate industry. She uses her knowledge and experience to ensure that property owners' and tenants' objectives are achieved.

Her extraordinary abilities and professionalism have provided her the opportunity to represent such clients including James Campbell Company, Ballard Spahr, UBS Realty Investors, Maier Siebel Baber, Pacific Acquisitions, and Del Mar Partners.

Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah. She is a licensed associate broker, and is a Certified Property Manager. She currently serves on the local NAIOP Board of Directors.
