Prior to Dan’s career in commercial real estate, he spent over eight years in direct professional sales. Dan understands all aspects of the sales process and the importance of his clients’ needs, which has helped him standout in the commercial real estate industry. Dan recognizes the Las Vegas retail market is unique from most across the country. He knows the dynamics and nuances, quickly recognizing problems and opportunities, finding solutions beneficial to all parties. Dan uses the latest in technology to ensure his clients are opening outlets in the most appropriate location to meet their individual needs and goals.

Dan has been driven to success due to his dedication and relationship building, which has provided him the opportunity to work with many national companies. Dan represents transactions from both the landlord and tenant sides, a knowledge both parties will need throughout the transaction process. In the past five years, Dan has negotiated over $60,000,000 in commercial sales and leasing transactions.

Dan received his certificate in commercial real estate from the University of Las Vegas, Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas (CALV). Dan was named a 2009 and 2010 CoStar Power Broker and was awarded for closing the highest transaction volume in commercial property, and being the “best of the best” in commercial real estate brokerage. Dan is consistently in the Top 5 producing brokers in the Las Vegas Commerce Real Estate Solutions office.
