During his tenure with Commerce Real Estate Solutions Darrell has represented both national and local retailers in market entry and expansion as well as the disposition of excess or surplus property. Darrell's extensive knowledge of the Utah Real Estate Market and his attention to client needs are key elements to his success in Tenant Representation in the market. Notable retailers Darrell currently represents in the Utah market include: Zions First National Bank, Shopko, C-A-L Ranch Stores, AlphaGraphics, and Cold Stone Creamery. Over the past several years Darrell has also established himself as one of the leading agents in the disposition and redevelopment of vacant big-box retail properties. He works directly with retailers such as Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, and Circuit City to dispose of recently vacated surplus properties. He also works with owners to redevelop and re-tenant vacated big box buildings. Darrell provides his clients the highest level of service and support in meeting their real estate objectives.
