Diane Taylor's extensive knowledge of the inner workings of the commercial real estate industry, spiced with energy, enthusiasm and a dedication to hard work that has gained recognition among her peers, are major assets for her clients as well as Commerce Real Estate Solutions's team of well-seasoned professionals. Although new to brokerage, Diane's 24-year career in the title insurance industry and her longtime involvement in high-profile professional real estate organizations on local and national levels leaves her well-equipped to meet the challenges of her new career.

Diane has aligned herself with Commerce Real Estate Solutions's investment division. In her 3rd year of commercial real estate Diane finished in the top 20 producers, completing over $21 million in sales, assisting investors in achieving their real estate investment goals.

Diane's impressive roster of contacts among clients and the real estate community spans the U.S., the product of her experience as a branch manager, licensed escrow officer and marketing director of national accounts for two national title companies. Working closely with real estate professionals throughout the country, she furthered her skills and experience through service in NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Parks), NACORE (National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives), ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and NAREIT (National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts) . She has also been recognized with the Utah Chapter of CCIM organization's Associate Member of the Year Award in 1997.
