Eric began his career in commercial real estate in 2004, and has been involved in multiple significant land and investment transactions throughout Utah County. Focusing on the sale, lease, and disposition of land and investment properties, Eric's abilities and knowledge allow him to work on transactions throughout the state of Utah. His strong background in development, and experience with family members and collogues who own construction and development companies, gives him an expertise in dealing with assets and land and investment acquisitions. In working with his many clients, Eric has gained keen and accurate knowledge of land improvement needs, costs, and the land entitlement process.
Eric lives in the rapidly growing city of Saratoga Springs, where he currently serves on the planning commission. He attended UVSC where he studied business and marketing, and is fluent in Spanish.
