Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

To be successful in this position you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of combined marketing and graphic design experience in a professional services firm. Client customer service skills, implementation and strategy skills are critical. Associates degree or equivalent experience required. Commercial real estate experience a plus. Individual must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a self-starter, be detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently.

General Description:

Coordinates marketing efforts for a Branch Sales team. Works directly with Agents and clients to collect information on properties, conduct property tours, and prepare reports. Provides administrative support to the team. Tracks project progress, keeping agents informed of all marketing activities and client communications. Supports basic data collection and simple analyses/reporting of property and financial data. Will work with office staff to prepare and distribute proposals and other collateral materials.
