

Eric Nelson has enjoyed unprecedented success in the nearly 30 years in which he has been in the real estate profession. Eric has been doing commercial transactions for seven years beginning with Prudential and then Lewis, Wolcott & Dornbush. Eric along with Mike Sloan and Candace Kosola opened up the Commerce Real Estate Solutions Park City office in June of 2001.
Eric has developed a reputation for aggressive, effective representation of clients, whether landlord or tenant and has provided expert consultation in some very large leasing, investment and development transactions in the Park City and Salt Lake market over the past seven years.
Eric has represented many notable clients, some of them include The Boyer Company (Redstone), Bill White (Grappa, Chimayo, Wahso and Ghidotti's), Hans Fuegi (408 Main Street and Gold Dust Plaza), Jerry Gilomen (Barking Frog and Black Pearl), James Gaddis (577 Main Street and 170 So. Main in Kamas), Technica, Marker & Volkl, ASC Group (1700 Park Ave.), Park City Mountain Resort, Rick Perry (Burgies), State Farm Insurance, Jeffrey Sudikoff (Heber Airport), Alpine Ventures (537 Main Street and 340 Main Street), Charlie Wintzer (Iron Horse Industrial), Steve McComb (Cisero's), Bob Depasquale (National Drafting & Office), Talsiker, Deffebach Limited Partnership (515 Main Street), Traeger Investments, Triple Net Properties (Marriott Summit Watch), and Germaine Partners (Claimjumper and 260 Main Street).
Following receipt of a degree in Political Science from the University of Utah, Eric pursued a career in the political field working for the likes of Don Holbrook, Wayne Owens, Kem Gardner, Allan Howe and the DNC. Eric has also consulted on campaigns from New York to California. Eric continues to stay active in the political arena.
Eric has been in the real estate business for 30 years. He is a lifetime member of the Professional Achievement Award for Park City and Salt Lake City. His knowledge of the Park City commercial real estate market is second to none.
Eric is also very active in the Park City community. He is presently coaching kids in baseball and basketball programs in Park City and has been for 10 years. He is currently involved in the Mountain Trails Foundation and serves on the boards of the Park City Chamber of Commerce and the Park City Main Street Business Alliance. He has been a resident of Park City for 31 years.
