Evan Olson is an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce as part of the highly regarded commercial real estate investment and capital markets team.
In this capacity, Evan specializes in advising clients through acquisitions, dispositions and user strategies. Backed by a strong infrastructure, Evan focuses on middle market business providing clients with institutional quality sales, allowing them broader exposure resulting in competitive solutions. A stand-out in the industry, Evan recognizes the importance of strong service paired with a deep understanding of the industry and local market.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce Evan served as a Commercial Real Estate Market Research Analyst with CB Richard Ellis, where he conducted market research and analysis, industry growth projections, and sourcing strategic commercial real estate opportunities. In addition, Evan was the founder and strategic operator of a successful residential contracting company.
Evan holds a B.S. in Business Administration for Finance and Marketing from the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business in Seattle, WA. His business major in finance was with an emphasis in corporate strategies and private wealth management. Evan’s background in finance and marketing allows him to provide creative solutions, giving clients more opportunities and better returns.
With a firm belief in community involvement, Evan volunteers and supports the Seattle Police Foundation in its efforts to back the police force and local community, making Seattle a safer place. In addition, as an active alumnus of the University of Washington Foster School of Business and Sales Program, Evan maintains a partnership with the school. Most notably, he volunteers as a mentor, case competition judge, and is a source for real estate projects which allows student to gain real world experience.
