Company Experience

Eric West began his commercial real estate career in 2005 when he joined the highly regarded Commerce Real Estate Solutions Commercial Real Estate Team. He brings his motivation for success, strong work ethic, and high energy to the organization, and is working with one of the most successful brokerage firms in the Intermountain West.

Eric is a hard working, dedicated individual who believes strongly in education. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Utah. He has also attended several management and leadership training courses over the years. After graduating, Eric worked for Mountain Fuel where he quickly became a leader and trainer of new employees. During this time he learned valuable skills including the importance of making quick decisions and solving problems in a timely manner. He now uses these skills in the commercial real estate industry ensuring that he can assist clients in bringing transactions to close.

In 1989 Eric joined Hill-Rom, a provider of health care equipment. During his 15 years with this organization he moved form a Customer Services Representative, to a Territory Manager providing leadership to 8 service centers in 5 states. In his positions at Hill-Rom Eric developed extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills. He now uses these skills and abilities to negotiate and achieve common goals for all parties involved in real estate transactions.

Eric has excelled in management positions where his work ethic, communication skills, salesmanship, and leadership abilities provided him with great opportunities for experience and growth. He has learned what it takes to be successful in several different arenas, and that knowledge has helped him to become a success in the real estate industry.

Eric's ability to quickly recognize problems and then find solutions that are beneficial to all parties make him an invaluable asset to every client. He takes the time to understand all the details of each transaction assuring that everything moves smoothly through the entire process. Eric is dedicated to providing his clients the best possible service ensuring that they are always reaching their real estate objectives.
