Frank Matheson is a tenant representation agent with Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce. He is one of the most productive brokers in Utah and the surrounding region. For over thirty years, Frank has been committed to representing only corporate occupiers/tenants and to delivering value that directly benefits his clients’ business. He brings a strategic and holistic approach to his clients’ needs with the goal of creating results that positively impact the bottom-line.

Frank joined Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce in 2007, having previously associated with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in Salt Lake City and Studley in San Francisco. Frank was consistently a high producer at CBRE, having ranked as Top Producer in 2003 and in that year qualified nationally for the “Top 200”, which is comprised of the top five percent of CBRE agents in the United States. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, Frank has led the most sophisticated tenant representation team in the region, and has handled many of the largest real estate transactions in Salt Lake and Utah counties. These include corporate headquarters renewals or relocations for several corporations, representing more than 3.5 million square feet since joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce.

Under one such transaction, Frank represented Zions Bancorporation in negotiating a highly complicated twenty year lease recast and expansion to occupy an entire building undergoing a total exterior re-clad and upgrade of all mechanical components and systems. At the time, this was the largest lease transaction in Salt Lake City history.
