Professional Expertise

Gordon Ahalt joined Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce as a senior director and member of the Investment Advisory Group in Seattle. He oversees our equity, debt, and structured finance service for the Pacific Northwest. His professional history includes over thirty eight years of diversified corporate finance and real estate investment, development, management and brokerage experience. Gordon has been responsible for the acquisition, development, and disposition of over 5.5 million square feet of commercial property, including office, industrial, multi-family, retail, and hotel properties, as well as over 9,300 acres of community master-planned land. He has completed over $4 billion of project secured real estate financing.
