Gary Banner is a member of the Commerce Real Estate Solutions, a Cushman & Wakefield Alliance member, investment team specializing in the area of multi-family and investments. He has a wealth of knowledge and vast experience in these arenas and brings his broad range of expertise to every transaction and client with whom he works.

Gary is dedicated to his profession and spends the time and energy necessary to insure his clients are always receiving the best advice and most up to date information when making their real estate decisions. Building relationships of mutual trust and respect have helped Gary to become a trusted advocate for his clients. He has tremendous interpersonal skills which make him comfortable working with individuals in every aspect of an organization.

After graduating from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, with a degree in Real Estate and Land Economics, Gary began his career in the real estate industry in 1987. In 1994 he relocated to Las Vegas and continued his real estate career focusing on multi-family investment, development, acquisitions, property management and brokerage. During his 14 years in the Las Vegas market Gary has become one of the premiere agents when it comes to understanding the multi-family segment. He has successfully represented both buyers and sellers in transactions and knows what it takes to bring deals to a successful close. Gary also has a great deal of experience in providing consultation in development, rehab and conversions of multi-family projects.

Gary remains at the forefront of the real estate industry by continually keeping abreast of the latest developments and changes in the industry. He holds the prestigious commercial real estate designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and was recently awarded The Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) designation. The CRE designation is only awarded to individuals who are invited by their peers into the Membership.

Gary is involved in numerous real estate and civic organizations. He is a member of the Urban Land institute and is the 2008 President of the Commercial Alliance of Las Vegas, the commercial arm of the Las Vegas Board of Realtors. Gary has been a member of the Southern Nevada CCIM chapter since 2000.
