Company Experience

Gina Moore helped open the Las Vegas office of Cushman and Wakefield in 2001 (now Commerce Real Estate Solutions, a Cushman and Wakefield alliance company) and quickly became recognized as a leader in commercial real estate throughout Southern Nevada. Gina has since joined the Salt Lake City industrial group. She is licensed in both Utah and Nevada and continues to specialize in industrial and land opportunities. Gina has completed over 200 transactions representing acquisitions and sales for private and institutional investors and Landlord/Tenant assignments. Although she focuses primarily on the industrial and land segments she has also completed transactions in the retail market, has been involved in build-to-suits for owners and the pre-leasing of a 420,000 square foot distribution building for the Lauth Property Group.

Her commitment to service has given Gina the opportunity to work with such clients as Solo Cup Company, VIAD, ThyssenKrupp Elevator, Weber Distribution, Integrated Electrical Services, Raytheon, NEC, Venetian Casino Resort and Bally Gaming.

Prior to the opening of the C&W office, Gina worked in the management side of residential real estate for more than five years. During this time she developed a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry and the intricacies of running a large real estate firm.

Gina’s vast experience, in all aspects of the real estate industry, is hard to match. She understands the needs of clients and has the desire and capability to assure those needs are met. Gina has the ability, experience and confidence necessary to produce results.
