Professional Expertise

Harrison Sawyer is one of Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce’s Industrial agents, working on industrial properties throughout the Boise area. He specializes in serving both industrial tenants and land owners in all aspects of their real estate negotiations and transactions, from matching the right locations with tenants and negotiating leases, to due diligence and closing settlements. Harrison is a strong listener and negotiator, skilled at identifying strategies that will significantly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of his clients’ business models.

Harrison joins Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce as an Associate Broker, after assisting its commercial Office Brokers in managing their database of properties for sale and lease. During his time as an assistant, he also worked with an affordable housing development firm where he assisted in tax credit applications, feasibility analyses for future developments, quarterly asset management reports, limited partnership records of loan history, and legal agreements for existing projects.

Harrison’s active involvement with business organizations at the University of Idaho gives him an edge in delivering his clients the information and connections they need to successfully meet their real estate objectives. As a Project Manager for Vandal Solutions, he provided professional marketing and advertising services to local businesses, and his regular contributions to the annual Entrepreneurship Competition developed his leadership and network among business professionals in the Treasure Valley.

Outside of the office, Harrison spends much of his time outdoors, playing lacrosse, biking, golfing, hiking, or hunting.
