Jim Clark has 30 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. From 1985 through 1998 Jim owned and managed Clark Commercial Real Estate, which dominated the commercial real estate market during that time in Utah County, Utah.

Jim's name continues to be synonymous with commercial real estate in Utah County. His list of clients includes nearly every major tenant and property owner in the market, as well as a significant number of national companies. His expertise spans all facets of the industry, from big box and in-line retail to major office and industrial properties. He has brokered land transactions ranging from single lots to major multi-phase developments. His investment sales experience representing both buyers and sellers in 1031 exchanges and straight equity transaction is unmatched in the valley.

In December 1998, Jim completed the merger of his company with Colliers Clark CRG.
