Professional Expertise

Jeremy Foley is a director with Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, specializing in leasing and investment sales of office and retail properties. His experience and strategic approach tailors to each individual client, making him a great fit for the Las Vegas team.

As a life-long Las Vegas native, Foley brings an unparalleled knowledge of the city of Las Vegas and the commercial market itself. He started his career on the lending side of real estate and now has over 12 years of experience in finance, underwriting, investment sales, and leasing, in the local and national commercial real estate market. He was a Vice President of Brokerage at Gatski Commercial Real Estate Services prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce with his previous partner Nicholas Barber. Before Gatski, Foley was a commercial real estate broker with Marcus and Millichap, specializing in sales of single and multi-tenant retail properties. He has represented more than 300 clients on over 800 transactions with a value in excess of $800 million dollars.

Foley also enjoys supporting local community actions, like the Homeless Helpers, a non-profit group serving the working poor and homeless community in the Las Vegas valley.
