Justin Irvine brings experience, dedication, hard work, and integrity to the Commerce Real Estate Solutions Provo/Orem Office. He has been involved in real estate in the capacities of investor, agent, and property manager since 2001.

Prior to joining Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Justin spent 3 years working for Parma Management Co. Inc. as a property manager in San Diego, CA. He managed a diverse portfolio of properties including industrial, office, warehouse, residential condo, and personal self storage facilities. While there, he was responsible for all facets of asset management including creating and implementing property budgets, marketing vacant space and negotiating leases, coordinating and supervising property vendors, and procuring and overseeing both tenant and capital improvements.

His determination to build trust with his clients, understand their needs, and act in their best interest, creates strong lasting relationships. Justin firmly believes that hard work, applied in an ethical manner, produces lasting results.

Justin earned an MBA from Utah State University and is licensed as an Associate Broker in both Utah and California. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors.
