Jay has been actively involved in Real Estate and a licensed Real Estate Agent of over 16 years. His business experience and involvement in Real Estate bring together an understanding from both the tenant/buyer and landlord/seller perspective.

Jay's business experience has taken him from owning Armadillo Brothers computers with a chain of 5 stores in Utah and Idaho. To Astron Training company that focused on training Real Estate Agents and technology companies in North America, Europe and Asia. His ability to work with people has been recognized by the 19th Special Forces who awarded him the Boss of Bosses award and by the Secretary of Defense who awarded him the Pro Patria award (Employer of the year for the combined forces of the Reserve and National Guard).

He has been involved in negotiating contracts, leases and purchases for many companies ranging from small startup companies to large fortune 500 companies such as Ford, Motorola, Intel, Microsoft, University's, Military, and Government etc. His experience and relationships help bring strong tenants to landlords and find locations that enhance the tenants business.

Education B.S. Logistics Management 1986 from Weber State University (Ogden, Utah)

Professional - Guest Speaker at the Business Technology Association (BTA) national convention, Pro Patria Award, Boss of Bosses Award. Chairman of the Board "The Gathering Place" Subsantace abuse treatment center.

Personal - PADI Course Director (SCUBA Instructor Trainer), American Sailing Association Bareboat certified, and enjoys the outdoors.
