He is recognized by his clients and peers for integrity, service and performance of a consistent, high quality nature. Mr. Longaker was the Commercial Salesman of the Year for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors in 1987, after being a finalist the two previous years. This is a once in a lifetime award.

During his tfifteen year enure at CB Richard Ellis, he was recognized as the “Top Producer” five times and was in the “Top Five” on ten occasions (more times for each recognition than any other agent). He was also the Principal Broker for both Brokerage and Management Services in 1988 and 1989.
