Josh Martin began his commercial real estate career in 2001 when he joined the highly regarded Commerce Real Estate Solutions Commercial Real Estate Team. He has been a leading agent with the firm from the start. Josh has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that help him retain clients for multiple transactions year in and year out. Josh's knowledge, experience and dedication have given him the opportunity to work with such clients as Auto Zone, UniFirst, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and The Woosley Group as well as small individual investors, local developers and successful Utah only proprietors.
