Jeff Rossi has spent the past ten years assisting occupier clients in making strategic real estate decisions, supporting them with real-time analytics, market information, and negotiation strategy. Jeff brings the full capabilities and resources of Cushman & Wakefield to support his clients in every facet of the real estate transaction from needs assessment and market evaluation to negotiations, financial analysis, and securing of municipal incentives.

Mr. Rossi focuses his time on the needs of tenants, assisting many of the most significant occupiers in Utah such as: Questar Corporation, 1-800-Contacts, Adobe Corporation, Goldman Sachs, Unisys, and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. Jeff strives to deliver best-of-class decision support and goes to great lengths to provide his clients with the support they need to make the best decision for their enterprise.

Prior to joining Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Jeff held the position of Vice President and Founding Partner of Wasatch Real Estate Partners in Salt Lake City. In this capacity he coordinated leasing, marketing and business development for the firm, while continually seeking investment opportunities to place 1031 funds for clients. During his tenure, Jeff was able to bring the portfolio of office buildings from near 70% occupancy to over 95% while increasing average achieved lease rates by over 30% within the portfolio of over 1 million square feet. Jeff also assisted his client in purchasing over $60 million in real estate assets in the downtown area.
