Jeremy Terry joined Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce in 2005, specializing in the leasing of industrial properties.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce Jeremy gained experience in commercial real estate on the property management and development side. During that time he strengthened his communication, negotiation, organization and managerial skills. Jeremy's experience on the other side of commercial real estate leasing has given him a unique perspective and understanding of clients specific needs in locating and executing their ideal space requirements.
Jeremy focuses on the leasing requirements of industrial space between 5,000 - 20,000 square feet and with his development background, has been successful in helping clients sell investment properties valued at $500,000 - $5,000,000.
