Jacqueline Young is the Senior Director of Investment and Retail for Commerce Real Estate Solutions, a Cushman and Wakefield Alliance member, in their Las Vegas office. She is an expert in investment properties, development consulting, landlord/tenant representations and contract negotiations of commercial properties. Her expertise lies in her client services, detailed time management and superior marketing skills.

Consistently a Top Producer since 1992, Ms. Young has 20+ years experience in the commercial real estate industry. During her tenure, she has spent four years in management and twenty plus years as a broker with over $850,000,000 in completed transactions. Prior to joining Commerce Real Estate Solutions, Ms. Young was Senior Vice President of Retail and Investments for NAI Horizon in Las Vegas. Previously she was a Senior Vice President and Shareholder in 10 offices of the largest regional commercial real estate company in the United States.

Achievements

Ms. Young is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Women in Commercial Real Estate (WCRE). In addition, she served on the board of the Downtown Las Vegas Business Retention and Development Committee and was the Exhibit Chairperson for Nevada Land Faire.
