Company Experience

Keith W. Bassett joined Commerce Real Estate Solutions when Burnham Real Estate was acquired in January of 2008. Burnham Real Estate acquired Realty Holdings Group, Keith's Las Vegas company of over 25 years in December 2003. Keith is currently Senior Director and has over 40 years experience in commercial brokerage, property management and development in Las Vegas. He has overseen the leasing of millions of square feet of office and retail space in Las Vegas; including the Molasky Corporate Center (285,000 SF, LEED Gold Certified buildings) in downtown Las Vegas. Keith has been responsible for the leasing and management of landmark properties such as, Bank of America Plaza, Bank of America West, Best in the West Shopping Center, Best on the Boulevard Shopping Center, Decatur Crossing, Maryland Crossing, Nellis Crossing, Mission Center and other major developments. He has also been responsible for bringing many major national retailers into the Las Vegas market, i.e. Target, Best Buy and Mervyn's to name a few. Mr. Bassett has also been involved in various business and civic organizations:

• Served as Nevada State Director of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for two terms
• Holds the Certified Shopping Center (CSM) designation for ICSC
• Serves as the Trustee for the UNLV Lied School of Real Estate
• Past President of the Las Vegas Rotary Club
• Past Chairman of the UNLV President's Associates Foundation
• Past Chairman of the Catholic Community Services of Southern Nevada
