Keith W. Bassett is a Senior Director of Commerce Real Estate Solutions, a Cushman and Wakefield Alliance member. Keith joined Commerce Real Estate Solutions in the January 2008 acquisition of Burnham Real Estate. He brings a long and distinguished real estate career to the Commerce Real Estate Solutions team.

Keith has over 35 years of commercial brokerage, property management, and development experience in the Las Vegas market. In 1978, Keith founded Realty Holdings Group in Las Vegas, and operated the company until it was acquired by Burnham Real Estate in 2004. His knowledge, expertise, and understanding of the Las Vegas Real Estate market are matched by very few in the industry.

Beginning in 1975 and continuing until Realty Holdings Group was sold to Burnham Real Estate in 2004, Keith had the opportunity to work with and represent the Molasky Group of Companies (Irwin A. Molasky) in the leasing and management of all their developments in Southern Nevada. This led to Keith being involved in bringing some of the nation’s most notable and largest retailers to the area. His list of clients includes such companies as Target, Best Buy, Mervyn’s, Barnes and Noble, Bank of America, Lionel Sawyer Collins, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, RSM McGladrey and many more. In addition to his representation of major tenants, Keith has managed and leased millions of square feet of office and retail space in the Las Vegas area. Some of the projects in which he has been involved are Molasky Corporate Center in Symphony Park Las Vegas - a 285,000 square foot LEED gold certified building, Bank of America Plaza - the premier 270,000 square foot class “A” office building in the heart of downtown Las Vegas, the Bank of America West Office Building, the Best in the West Power Center, the Best On the Boulevard Power Center, Decatur Crossing Shopping Center, Maryland Crossing Shopping Center, Nellis Crossing Shopping Center, Mission Shopping Center, and other major developments.

In addition to his successful real estate career, Keith has taken the time to be involved in several business and civic organizations. He served two terms as Nevada State Director of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and holds the Certified Shopping Center (CSM) designation for the same organization. Keith is a graduate of Leadership Las Vegas - class of 1987-88, is a past President of the Las Vegas Rotary Club and past Chairman of the UNLV President’s Associates Foundation. He currently serves as the Trustee for the UNLV Lied School of Real Estate. Keith has also served as the Chairman of the Catholic Community Services of Southern Nevada, and on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club and the Boy Scouts of America.
