Professional Expertise

Kâren Sander is Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce’s resident Downtown Office and Retail specialist. She leads and supports the Boise team in building relationships with existing and prospective clients in all sectors of Boise’s Downtown commercial real estate market. She is an organized, entrepreneurial, well-spoken professional, adding value to each of her professional relationships.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce, Boise, Kâren led executive management of the Downtown Boise Business Improvement District, where she oversaw the administration and financial health of the organization since 2004, working with business and organizations to advocate, create, develop, recommend, and implement plans promoting community and economic benefits for Downtown Boise.

Kâren’s many years’ experience as a public relations, communications and marketing leader instills clients with immediate confidence in her ability to hear and understand their business and market objectives. She leverages an extensive professional network to connect clients with key industry, organizational, and municipal leaders; property and business owners; and local, regional, and national investors and developers. Her market expertise provides clients with the most current market data and optimal solutions to their real estate objectives.
